ABSOLUTE AIR REPAIR

"I was not able to locate anyone to service my washer where I live, my friend told me to call a guy she had used in the past; but she was not sure if they would come this far out. I gave them a call and the technician that called me back told me that the company did not normally service my area, he recommended that I try to locate someone online (which I had already done to no avail). I explained this and he told me if I could wait a day or so he would give me a call and stop buy on his way to Annapolis Missouri. I was glad to wait, he told me the truth about maybe having to wait if I needed a part that he did not have with him, but he would do his best; and he did (he had both parts). After my washer was fixed he asked me if it was always that hard to find someone to work on equipment in my area, I told him it seems like it. I explained that I even tried Angies List and there just was not anyone listed in my area, I guess because its a small town from no where. I ask him if it would be a problem to clean my a/c while he was out and he was glad to help. He told me that his company had just recently joined Angies List, and now I see why; but I could not locate them at the time of service; it doesn't really matter they don't service my area normally anyhow. I did want to give them a great review though, I was not able to find them on the website but I am new at this stuff so I just put them up as a new company. I would tell anyone that needs a service company to give them a call, it is so hard to find good companies and I wish I had one like this in my town. I would just like to say thank you and express my appreciation."

"I was impressed from the start of my phone call to the end of the repairs. Absolute Appliance was the only company locally that would even answer some of my questions over the phone. So I had them out for service; my wife was home and said the Technician was very polite; and she totally understood his explanation of the diagnoses. I had requested that the tech call me before any repairs were done and he did indeed call me with a very easy to understand diagnoses as well. I would recommend them to anyone that appreciates an honest and simple to understand explanation of what is needed to fix something. The service was great and the price was right, a rare combination these days."

"These guys are great, had them out when my furnace stopped working and they went and got the part to fix it quick and cheap. The service guy was very professional and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Heck I even ordered parts from him for my refrigerator, which he came back on another day to fix. They are really nice on the phone when I call and they make it simple. Very trust worthy, they have help me over the phone for free and I think that shows a lot about a company."
